Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days after processing.
- Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout
- Free shipping: Available for orders over Rp500,000

International Shipping
We ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands.

Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days after processing (may vary due to customs clearance).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Upvios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2-3 business days to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@upvios.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
